Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using the phchas platform. By creating an account, accessing any game, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
All phchas players must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted at the time of play.
phchas processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.
All phchas bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus terms are published on each promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one phchas account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted under your account.
phchas provides deposit limits, session alerts, and self-exclusion tools. Players in distress may self-exclude at any time with immediate effect via account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phchas shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phchas ("phchas," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phchas.org and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the phchas Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use any part of the phchas Platform. phchas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction: phchas is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. It is illegal and in direct violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to access or use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on phchas. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phchas conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
The phchas Platform is intended for use by players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. phchas makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all locations.
Each individual may register only one phchas Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phchas. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phchas login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. phchas will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
phchas reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where phchas reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In the event of Account closure by phchas for cause, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.
If you wish to close your phchas Account voluntarily, you may submit a closure request via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
phchas may require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered mobile number). Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending KYC completion.
All deposits on phchas are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Available deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. phchas does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review for compliance purposes. phchas processes withdrawals via the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on phchas are denominated in PHP. phchas does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not offer currency conversion services.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. phchas may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the Platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
phchas offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods that are set out in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on the relevant promotion page. Withdrawing real money funds while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
phchas reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy deemed by phchas to be designed to exploit promotional structures rather than for genuine recreational play.
Each game available on phchas operates according to specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a software malfunction or data transmission error during a game, phchas reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. All slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — visible to Players via live video stream.

All content on the phchas Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, text, and user interface elements — is the property of phchas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of phchas is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phchas and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or failure of third-party payment processors.
phchas does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. phchas shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or acts of regulatory authorities.
In all cases, phchas's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phchas Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phchas collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phchas Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
phchas reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or by a prominent notice on the phchas Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit a dispute in writing to phchas support. phchas will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint.
